Delay in delivery of replaced set

I hv submitted my nokia 5130 (353223034254202) in ur kingsway camp branch on 1 st july but their is delay in its delivery... hw much time wil it tak to breplace the set... i 4 d 1st time hv purchased the nokia handset n i m unsatisfied earlier i used 2 buy sony erickson sssss handset... hw much time mre do u need to replace my handset??? its mre than 20 days nw...
