FRAUDILITY of shopkeepee

Auctuallyy i bought a cell phone NOKIA 5130 from a shop NAMED "SPORTSHOUSE" at civil lines allahabad.

he told me the wrong price.

the price was already declined but he told me the prices of old dealers price list.

Now i waant the difference of price back but he is not returning..

Plz help me n do the needful...
