Mobileset gets off in 10 minutes

My hndset nokia 5130 imei no.359329020886669. purchase date-05/03/09.my set goes off with ih 5to 10 minutes.i already give 2to 3 time to ur customer care in gurgaon at old delhi road but they r not able to found the fault & always say there is a problem with software & try 2 to 3 times but fail im very fed up with ur service im really having very problem due to ur service.so plz change my mobile
