SIR/MAM
I have purchased the phone model (nokia-5130c-2, red), IMEI NO-358229030503653, on 16/10/09 from EXCLUSIVE NOKIA, SAI COMPLEX, BERHAMPUR, ORISSA. Its been about one month and the phone is giving problem from the date of purchase.my phones actual problem is, the battery charge goes nil on standby mode with in 12-14 Hrs., and upon use of the phone the battery goes nil within a very short time. I have already submitted my phone to CHANDAN COMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE), SAI COMPLEX, BERHAMPUR, ORISSA twice, both time they have kept for more then 15 days and told they have sent the phone to NOKIA HEAD QUARTER, NEWDELHI but, the problem remains the same.
