Hi,
I am one among them who is not satisfied with the service put forward by nokia care centre in yeshwanthpur. I gave my brand new nokia 5130 xpress music which was brought from outside india so i didnt get any warranty
1) The problem with the mobie was it gets automatically on and off at regular intervals. This was the initial problem when i took it to nokia care and the response i got "it is due to old version of software"and after installing the new version the problem started again and then the response was"memory card has virus in it, use the set without the memory card" i even tried that but of no help..
so i lost my 300 rs with no help...
2) The second time i took when i was facing a problem with the keypads, not all the keypads are working
the response i got"our senior technisian is out of station and we dont have the keypad ic filter"after taking a service charge of 50 and the most embarrising part is they lost my usb protection cap which comes with the set, after 3 or 4 hrs of fight i managed to get only the 50 rs service charge back... finally they said the technician will come only after 2 week and i have to wait... It was not possible for me to wait for such a long time so i gave the set to a local service centre, the person out there said he was not having that particular ic... and after waiting for 2 weeks i gave a cal to the nokia care and they asked me to come and finally the response i got"the set was opened in another shop so it wont work we are helpless and we dont have the particular ic"
DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING THE IC THEY SAID THIS
I AM AN ENGINEER OF NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORK WORKING FOR TATA GSM PROJECT IN BANGALORE... FELT ASHAMED FOR THE RESPONSE THEY GAVE ME... I HOPE FOR SOME NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS CENTRE
