Attery is too bad

I purchase a nokia 5220 expressmusic mobile before 4 months & after this my nokia battery is not working properly when i charge my battery it discharge at the same day after this i went to nokia care they change my battery but after a few days my new batery is too worst then earlier battery .i m very sad to receive this battery .pls ask me something what to do must reply
