Nokia 5220 X.Music Red
Hangging Problem

Hello Sir,

I bought a Nokia 5220 X.Music Red handset on date 16/01/09 having IMEI No.-353662018755793.I send my mobile to Nokia Care Center, Motihari, Bettiah, Gorakhpur several times but my hangging problem is not solved. Lastly I send it to Nokia Service Center Bettiah on date 29/08/09 whose jobseet no is 771504886/ 090829/ 5. From there the mobile was sent to your head office for repairing. After that I got back my mobile on Date 21/09/09 but my problem was not resolved.

Then I talked to Nokia Helpline Care Center (Complaint No. 1/8297627036). Now I again send my mobile to Nokia Care Center, Bettiah on Date 29/09/09 on the previous jobseet no 771504886/ 090829/ 5.

So, I request you to kindly replace my mobile set.
