Nokia 5300
Camera and Blue tooth problem and also battery backup

I have purchase Nokia 5300 in Aug-08 at Big C, Greenlands, from the stating of the day this blue tooth is working only for outgoing and not incoming, recently in camera one line is coming up. battery back up also is not coming one day.

Could you please assist us to me, how to proceed.
