Nokia 5300 Xpress Music
No response even after 2 months

My set was deposited in nokia care center, gwalior on 7-jan with a problem under job sheet no. 180343506/080107/6, imei no. 358059013660752 .

now they are providing me scratched, rusted and old set of grey and white color in place of mine black one.

Kindly provide the instructions to provide me brand new and black color set.
