Dear Nokia

As we have discussed via Mr……….(Nokia Care at Green Park) about NOKIA 5310, I am facing problem from the date of purchase 10th Jan and given my handset to customer care at Green Park.

They kept it for 4-5 days and updated the software also but could not able to solve the problem and acknowledged that it should not happen and assure me to give different Model of my choice, but not happen.

Problems in the set:

1) Restarts any time.

2) Call disconnected between some incoming or outgoing (New Prob)

3) Picture (Video pixel) breaking when you stop the media player and again open it from Media player, it should start from the beginning but it does not happen if there is a provision of stopping the player. (That is not working)

4) Some times sound button does not work, I have to restart and then it works.

This entire problem I am facing second time, I had the same problem in the pervious Set of Nokia 5310, and got the replacement from dealer within 24 Hrs after so much of hot discussions.

And again I have given my second handset to Mr…… Nokia Care Green Park within 24 Hrs. But not able to solve it.

I had believed on NOKIA and on their service but now I come to know it is the worst response from Nokia.

So kindly solve my problem, I think this is the weakness of the software or the hardware and it could not be features as Nokia Person Mr…….. said to me on last discussion.

Reply me as soon as possible.
