Nokia 5610
Mobile giving problem after 2 hrs of purchasing time

I purchased new cell of nokia 5610 on 14 dec nd on that day only its started giving problem of restarting nd not reading ma mmc...

i went to dealer but he is sayng its not his responsibity now...

but there is a law of nokia...

that if mobile phone gives problem within 24 hrs or its used less then 3 hrs talktime than its delear responsibliy...

but he is abusing and not showing any efforts...

dealers name is amit and his shop is in acharay niketen mayur vihar new delhi-91

and shop name is him telecome...

and iam fed up from ma mobile phone i want it to replace...

help me out...
