I have bought the cel nokia 5610 xpress music on may and today is april my cell has a problem that its keypad is not working and it has been serviced once in the month of november and the nokia serrvice centre people had kept my cell for 2 months and returned it on january 30 with a swapping of my red coloured mobile with blue colored damaged mobile. again my cel was with them for 1 mnth more... i am highly frustrated coz of such messs created out of them. and after a month my cel is again not working.
this behaviour and bad quality of my handset had spoiled image of nokia.. i have been using nokia brand from past 4 years n i was one of the most highly satisfied customers, but today problem faced by me is really bad n un expressable..
hence being trustworthy i would like you people to see to my problem as soon as possible...
