Music button 5610 model
I have Purchased Nokia 5610 in the month of November and I am quite surprised that its music Button was in my hand while speaking to some body. I went to Nokis care sector 22 Chandigarh and they while tryoing to fix it back broke in to two pieces.they advised us to visitnokia care sector 43 chandigarh. They sais that they will order the music button, set is hardly 5 months old and you people at service center are able to get the same. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem.
every day I am calling Bhawna Goswami and she says we have not recived the music button. My cell worth rs 13000 is looking ugly without music button.
Please send the music button of Nokia 5610 to Nokia care, Bay shop 382, sector 44/d Chandigarh.
