The worst service

Respected sir/madam

I gave my mobile (5610d-1) job sheet no (090434038/080312/99) to MULTIPLE MOBILE CARE, Coimbatore for display problems on mar12.Then i received my mob after 7 days and they charged me Rs.1700 (for cam prob and keypad). The next day again my mob encountered the same problem and i went to same nokia care center. They didn't mind me and made me come there for 5 continuous days and they finally received my mobile on mar28 job sheet no (090434038/080328/30). I have been waiting for a month and whenever i ask them their reply is "your mobile is waiting for dispatch and you will get it after two days". They are not even in a position to tell the status of my moblie. The namscareonline.com says my mob is "closed-unrepaired" all 24*7, the web site for the users to check the status but its of no use and i don't know for what purpose they have launched such filthy service stations all over India. There are many people like me facing similar problems. Sir i want them to feel what they are doing to people representing such a reputed company. They say that my mobile has been sent to Chennai Head office. I have lost the interest and faith over their service and the so called "NOKIA" company. To be frank the people in nokia centers are not bothered about people and they think that the customers visiting the centers have no work .kindly take my complaint and let those people know the pain of people. Thank you very much.
