I have purchased Nokia 5610 Xpress music on 2nd march
from that time it has gone to nokia care 4 times for the same reason.
It crashes and never start until it is sent to nokia care. I feel they
have sold me a faulty product and although in my third complaint I
requested them to replace my handset they never did that.
Consequences: Although I use to backup my phone data regularly but still
being unsure of the fact that when its going to crash i often loose
important contact along with suffering from being in a state of no
connectivity for 3-4 days when my phone crashes.
