I bought a cellfone from planet m & from the first day i was having following problems with it..

1. phone software was outdated. It was around an year old.

2. from the very first weak i was having problem in memory card detection. & i even got a new memory card. still the problem in phone's memory card detection.

3. the mic of the handsfree wasnt working, it was faulty.

& for all the above problems i'v submitted my cellfone to planet m. around 5-6 times. the last time i submitted my cellfone to planet m was on 20th march. i got my phone today at 1:00 p.m.

& nw again i'm facing the same problems. i'm highly irritated with this saught of services.

the people working there are unexpirenced & they fool the customers saying that its nokia care's fault not their & they try to act smart by saying tht sir we have got your problem fixed without any expense from somewhere outside.
