Handset with Nokia Care for 47 days n still counting

Hi,

I had given my NOKIA 5610 Xpress Music to Nokia Care for Repair as per Warranty rules of Product being faulty. Today is the 47th day and still they say its going to take another week and they do not guarantee delivery even after a week. I contacted NOKIA Call Centre n then through Website n then called NOKIA Head Office in New Delhi n even tried calling Singapore (Asia Pacific Head Office) n Finland (NOKIA Head Office). Can You Help???
