Concern: Now on 23rd April i was informed to collect the repaired handset that too with problems :
1) Connectivity
2) Body has been changed without my permission
3) There are dents on my new body and there are dents inside the hanset too from where u insert sim and memory card...
This kind of Service from nokia is not expected and i am really fed up with all the customer care you provided. Its been almost 4 to 5th time that i have given my handset for repairs. I dont knw why the hell you are not replacing my handset, that had already too many serious problems.
I have been trying to get to customer care, but your people are not willing to realize the state i am going through. I have been visiting care almost 2wice a every month leavin all my work behind. You people also do not provide any standby if u are keepin the handset for more than 20days...
With this kind of feedback i am forced to go to consumer courts if my handset is not replaced now. I am just tired of Nokia now. I have already given you a lot of time.
