poor service of handset and nc executive
i bought my cell on 5/1/09. then on 1/4/09 i upgraded my handsets software version .since then all the inbuilt data of my cell crashed and it needed to be unlocked, my maps were not working, my gallery material did not open, so i went to nokia care pratap nagar, Nagpur...
there they heard my problems and i explained everything to the engineer in front of my job sheet attender[nokia care executive].i then took relief of my handsets to be delivered in proper hands but then they took 3 days to fix it... in between these 3 days i called the center 5 times and told the problems with my cell... still, when i came to collect my cell, i saw that: MY MEMORY CARD AND MY CELL PHONE DATA OF WASHED OUT [TOTALLY FORMATTED]...I shouted at my executive and and asked her about my data loss... and that illiterate lady was answer less and she spoofed up saying "after a software up grade all data is formatted"
WHO THE HELL TOLD THEM TO UPGRADE MY CELL???
i had done the upgrade 20 days prior .and they could have noticed it in my job sheet as it was a repeat job sheet...
all the dumb officials straight away took their hands away from the matter and told me to roam in all the other nokia care centers to fix the blunder which they created... AS IF IT WAS MY MISTAKE...
now how will I recover my lost LICENSED & REGISTERD DATA which the company gave to me...
NOW ON BEHALF OF ALL THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS I WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THIS PROBLEM AND SEND ME A JUSTIFIED SOLUTION AND WAYS AS TO HOW I CAN MOVE TO THE CONSUMER FORUM
