i purchased nokia 5800 recently on 21 september.since i wanted to use internet services opn it so activated gprs settings, but wen i seng msg regarding the HANSET SEETINGS[NOKIA 5800] TO THE REQUIRED NO..IT DENIED SAYING INVALID KEYWORD..I did the process 5-6 times even asking ur customer care... but then i got settings in the name of NOKIA 6600... but then also im unable to access internet..WEN I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPTT.THEY TOLD THEY HAVE NO FACILITY TO TELL ME WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES..AND SUGGESTED ME TO GO TO NEAREST CCN... this is highly inconvenient for me..i own a BSNL POSTPAID connection... can u please suggest a quick remedy as its very annoying on part of nokia care and ur customer care dept who are unable to deal with the problem... hoping a quick reply...
