I brought a Nokia phone (model no- Nokia 5800) from Baba Telecom, A-110, Bengal Shristi, City Centre, Durgapur-713216 on 23.07.2009 which value was 16599/- .Just after a few days of purchase i.e on 20.8.2009 I faced a problem related to it's screen touch facility i.e it stopped working after that I went to Nokia care (PD Electrunics, Benachity, nachan road, Durgapur -713213) on 22.8.2009 for reparing they said that by updating the software it will start working but it didn't. Then I submited the handset on 25.8.09 which reference no that is job sheet no is 591504886/090825/27. But when I get my handset back today9.09.09 .No Change --the same problem exists. Again they are asked me to give them time for that. I had to submit the handset again on the same day with the same jobsheet no to repair. Then I contacted their Nokia careline that is 18004253388 and they said that I would get my handset on 23.09.2009 . But on the said date when I went to Nokia Care the handset was in the same condition. I came back with the handset and again contact nokia careline . they again asked me to submit the handset. As I am the poor customer I had to submit the handset again on 15.10.2009 (job sheet no-863504886/091015/15). But within these days their Nokia care was changed to CITY MOBILE, Bhiringi Nachan Road, durgapur -713213. Then again I complained to the nokia careline which complain no is 18521229832 . I aslo mailed to their authority. But nothing happened when I got my handet back on 4.11.2009 that was in the same previous condition.
Now I need some help from you. Please help me. If they are not able to repair my handset they should replace that.
