Cannot receive or send messages nor can add new contacts to contact list

We brought NOKIA 5800 two weeks back from vijay sales thane outlet & also have registered complaint with nokia service center (prudent electronic thane) till today nothing has been rectified as it our business phone & we are stuck with, please get it replaced immediately.
