Three days after the purchase of my Nokia 5800 Xpress Music (purchased in the first week of october), the software started having problems. I went to Nokia care to get it corrected. They said it will be rectified by re-installing the software. I gave them phone right then.

Now, software installation doesn't require the opening of the handset. However when they returned the phone to me, the front camera was clearly misplaced and was out of its position. And also there are finger prints on the inside of my screen, which can only exist, if the phone was opened.

Why was my phone opened, when it only required a re-installation? It clearly suggests that the phone was tampered with.

I am very serious about taking this issue legally.
