Dear Customer Service Manager,

Ref to model#Nokia 6070 IMEI#359536019743970 Purchase date Jan'08 (Advance telecom) after the purchase of two days set was Automatically dial when some call recieved, on complaining to change the set they repaire the set, but i face lot of problems some time data missed some time set shows every thing some time Voice stop only lisening, three weeks ago Whole the set stop, on complaing pls change the set, again they Return with repaire, Now after two weeks again Voice is stop only listening, and now they return me that repaire with other shops out side Nokia care will not repaire under job#15969.this set was lost in nokia care repaire shop after my four visits they message me on last saturday on my mobil that nokia care rejected pls collect yr mobile set, Now What i have to do, I have lost by data three times,

I am working in Textile this is very hectic job and i have no spare time to Visit Nokia care Centre for mobile repairering, 2ndly you have to Change my mobile First time but i don't know if some one pay amount for his Convenience and have a periode of Warranty Then why you not change the mobile i met many peoples and they complain soft ware problem for this model, kindly change my mobile, inorder to save our data in future.
