Dear Sir
We had purchased Nokia 6088 mobile through M/s Jai Maa Electronics, a Reliance Web World Express on 24.05.08 vide their receipt no. 3047. From the beginning it had battery back-up problem. Even the replacement of battery could not remove this defect. It was, therefore sent to Nokia Care Centre, Jail Road, New Delhi on 19.06.08, (Job Sheet No. 134434038080 61948) for check up. It was subsequently sent by this centre to their Okhla unit for rectification of defect. We are still awaiting the return of the set. We fail to understand why it should take such a long time? Why we should not get immediately replacement with fresh new set as it is a manufacturing defect?
Our 95% business communication is through Mobile systems and you can imagine our situation without the mobile set.
Please look into the matter and replace the defective set with new one without further delay. We would appreciate your immediate response.
