I bought a nokia 6088 CDMA phone from yr dealer M/s D.H.Enterprises, MIG, Indore vide their bill no. 3392 dated 26/1/08. Immdtly after buying, I found that the phone was carrying many problems viz; hanging phone, slow booting, automatic shut down and slow processing. I draw the attention of dealer on 28/1, but he directed me to contact Nokia Care. He also told me that company repalces the phone within 7 days from the date of purchase. He advised me to get DO from Nokia Care.
I approached to M/s Viedo Palace, M G Road, Indore and ask to examine the phone. They found the complaints genuine but refused to give the D.O. As the D.O. can be issued by distributor.
I was running from pillar to pole and even after talking to Mr Vishal yr representative no fruitful result came out.
Ultimately i had to leave the phone with Nokia Care vide their job sheet number 048434038/080131/45. They informed that the set will go to Newdelhi and will take around 15-20 days.
Sir, I want to know, why this problem has occured. When it was a prima facie manufacturing defect, yr company and/or yr representative should replace it immdtly. My son is working at Share broker company and the phone is his bread and butter. It is difficult to remain without phone for 15-20 days.
May I request to pl look into the matter and send me new phone immdtly.
