Lack lines on display

I Dr.srinivasulu purchased nokia 6110 navigator 5 months back.at the time of purchase only i found black lines on display area they said that nothing will happen but th ose lines increasing now i approched nokia care they are rude and they are saying it wont comes under warranty have to pay 1650 what hav to do please do needful
