I purchase nokia 6110 navigator in last august. From the month of september my phone creates problem.

The soun of my phone was pathtic whenever i want to listen music it creates noisy sound like grrrrrrr-trrrrrrr when i complaint in nokia care then they told me it was ringer problem and they change my ringer

but my problem doesn't solve.then they told me that it was chip level problem and they sent my set to delhi on 19th december till that i am waiting for my set.
