Audio problem

Dear Sir,

I brought my mobile Nokia 6110N model at chennai Subiksha store on 23/03. I got the audio problem from 15/03. I send it at Nokia Care at Mount road, the job sheet No is 3200280255. But I got the same problem again. I need the help to replace the set. Because I don't want this set.
