Dear Sir,

I had given complaint on 30oct at nokia service centre (Bright Infocom-vizag), but still the problem not rectified and also given complaint to customer care but still my problem not rectified this is very worst service center in vizag. I was talk to that service center Manager he was very irresponsible person.

I was purchased this mobile for my brother, from that day he was not satisfied with that mobile and he was irating me daily.

I was verified with Status of Mobile Complaint, in that dailog box it was repaired and completed but still my problem was not rectified.

My Complaint No - 009434038/081030/62.

IMEI Number - 354827025050608.

My Handset was handovered to that service center on 30oct, but still it was not recieved.

That Bright Infocom Manager was not given correct answer to me, he was saying call to call center, I was given handset at this bright infocom why should i call to the call center, it was the right way to give that answer?

I was newly purchased this mobile for my brother.

Please rectify my problem as early as possible.
