Activate the sim

Dear Sir/Mam

I have the problem in my sim. When ever I am activate the GPRS facility in my SIM through online they are send me the settings but it shows the sim card is not activated. And one more problem when I access the internet through moble it will access but when I access the internet in my PC throug my mobile it will show me "packet data subscribe first". I am very worried about this problem. Please send me th solution for the above problem.
