Dear Sir,
I have purchase new mob NOKIA model 6233 on 06/02.from PATAN (GUJARAT)
mobile automatically power off on 06/03.
then i submit it to Nokia care patan on same day and they return me and told me that it is not possible to repair here and they return me my mobile same day.
next day when i open nokia site and fill this jobsheet no and they write their status that mobile was repaired and back to customer which is wrong.
then after i submit my mobile to NOKIA care ahmedabad on 12/03/08 and they give me date for repairing is 16/03/08 but till date i am waiting for my mob. MYJOBSHEET NO-280434038/080312/14 and my Complaint no made at banglore nokia care is 2-2WISH9.
