Charging under Warranty Period

I had a handset Nokia 6275, which has some problem that while I press some of the Keypad buttons, it did not work. What I felt that problem was from inside the handset and it did not respond to the pressing of the buttons.

But the Service Centre charged for the repairing under the Pretext of the "Keypad being the Cosmetic Parts: does not cover under warranty.

It seems Service Centre are cheating the people, under Licence from the "Nokia".

Please do the needful.
