Nokia 6300
Hand set not working

Dear Sir,

We had purchased a hand set from wireless network Kolkatta on 18-10 bill # 838 model Nokia 6300 on 30-10 the handset hanged and stopped functioning, the company provided saying it as a new handset (may be that was a repaired one) on 10 -12. Atlast after 42 days and hectic rounds.

But again on 5-1 it stopped working we took it to nokia care againdeposited it their vide job arder # 307343506/090105/82 at C R avenue Satya telecom. now we got a call from Mr vishnu that take a repaired handset as it cant be rectified.
