Dear Sir,
I had given my Nokia 6300 handset for repair in Bangalore Thippasandra Nokia Care center on 10th of Jan'09.Water had gone into the mobile and wasn't switching on and the Job sheet no. for the complaint registered is 529434038/090110/67. The response has been very poor and every time I called they asked to call me the following day. Later when I asked back for my instrument they said office was under renovation and all the instruments have been sent to Noida. We were not informed about the same by them and when i visited their office it was locked. It is shame on an international company to provide service like this. Till date i've not received any call from them or my instrument back.

I hope necessary action will be taken and my handset would be returned back even if its not repaired.
