Dear Sir,
I had purchased Nokia 6300 handset from Nokia product on 2o Jan from South Delhi, after purchasing it I found many problems on it 1st its being warm up on its normal taking and listining songs 2nd its battery back up is very low (bascilly I purchased it becase Nokia brand was khowing for its strong battery backup) 3rd its camara is being handing on taking photo.
Officer, In this regard I had submitted it at least 6 thimes at Micro Services Kalka Ji centre New Delhi
1st time they repaired it, 2nd time they replaced battery 3 rd they sent it to concerned Head Quarter 4th they again sent it HQ 5 th five again Head Office, 6 th tive also submitted to HQ but last all problem remain unchnaged.
In this regard I had send many e mail and many time a had a long discussion with Nokia careline / Nokia support but every time they told me we will do something if your hand set will submitted at Nokia care, after submitting it I try to call up them they told me it is on reparing, then its ready now you can pick up from your service centre.
I request all Service centre, Nokia care line, and customer support if it is not repairable then issue me a new handset, but no response in this regard I has gottting.
