Hanndset replacement

I was submitted my mobile Nokia 6300 in vashi showroom. The problem occured in it was no incoming audio intermiyently. I was gave my mobile for replacing but till date i have not gate my mobile return. I submitte my mobile on date 08 jun & job sheet no is 764504867/090608/34. so give me mobile as early as possible.
