Nokia 6300
Handset discripency

I have nokia 6300.the vibrator and keypad is out of order.i gave in nokia care for repairing on 10 june.there is no report of my handset till date.the nokia care center is also not replying.i dont know in what condition my handset is.a strict action has to be taken
