Dear Sir,
I bought this set of mine Nokia 6300 IEMI No. 358647016884591 on 18th October. The set has problem in its diplay screen I went for the Nokia Care and they directed me to wait for a month. They have sent it to the company, which is making me suffer a lot. I am unable to make contacts and has hampered my work. I want it to get replaced as the product is under the Guarantee/ Warrantee period.
