I've sent my Nokia 6300 twice in the service center, each time I got it repaired after 20 days but it still reboots in between the calls. It is not only affecting my business but also affecting my reputation.
Everybody is now saying that whey you are not changing your mobile.
They are giving worst support and there is no escalation matrix. If it there then why it is not transparent.
Requesting you if anybody can help me in replacing the handset because now I am not going to send this handset to the support center.
