Nokia6500
Volume not ok

I have purchase nokia 6500 slide this year in may, since day one i was facing of low volume in handset, even speaker volume is very less, i have taken my handset to one of the nokia care centre, name as INSTANT SOLOUTIONS IN GURGOAN. they told me you have to leave the handset for 10 to 12 working days . and in addtion they will not provide me any standby handset. How they can talok like this . my whole business runs on phone iam a esteemes customer of nokia from last 10 years much before then this frenchise open . i request your personnel interveen, either my mobile should be correctd immediatly or if you want to take so long a standby phone should be provide to me .a quick response on above will be highyl solicated
