I bought Nokia 6500 classic at Studiocell shop, at TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018. on 10th April. I asked the sales people about product quality they said dont worry you wont get any problem in this model, that time Nokia Sales Executive in that shop, same thing i asked him he also telling any thing is there we will take care off otherwise we will replace the same. I used that nearly two weeks after cracking the instrument i went to studicell, they told me we are not having service point you go to next building there only Nokia care you go and give they will replace immediately. I went therei meat service Eng. Mr. Dinesh he told me sorry we wont replace the instrument i will give you job sheet, after 20minutes he is given job sheet, he told me we will retify the problem within 2 days, but you have to pay the cost. I told him this is manufacturing problem not myself tampered or breaked. Still today they are not given my instrument they are telling stiil we are not getting parts. I really fedup with the product mentally pressured lot.
