i am rishi jauhari, i had purchased my nokia 6500 S mobile . it was under warrenty, but i was facing problem of very less battery backup problem, so it was given to Nokia care, indira nagar branch

so they explored my mobile and told me that the mobile has liquid log problem . and it will not be covered under warrenty and after opening my mobile it's warrenty will be over, as per my knowledge my mobile never got into water, still i accepted that may be for some reasons it can happen. but when they had given my mobile after repair, its condition was worse than before, now its flash light not working, mic not working, battery getting discharged in not more than half an hour. and they charge me 800 RS. for this work. now when i complained them back that my mobile is still not working, then they again took it and every time saying that u can take it after 2-days . but dont know when are they going to deliver it to me., and i have to go abroad, so i am stuck with this nokia care.
even the attitude of this nokia care branch is so bad that they neither speak to customer's properly nor behave properly.
i dont know whether this nokia care is attached with the nokia company or its an individual body which works on its terms and conditions, for which nokia is not responsible, if that the fact then i must say to consumer's, they should not buy nokia product as the company is not responsible for the repairing and warrenty matter's.
