Hi... i am mahendra... i had a vaery bad experince with nokia people .i bought a mobile [6500 slide (IMEI NO. 353547024798194] before 9 months, after a month' a line came in to the display ' i visited to nokia care... after a lot of struggle i submitted my mobile phone and concerned resolved and i got my mobile phone after 5 days... after 2 or 3 months ..it started hanging... then i thought its a simple problem then after a month its keep on hanging... then i walked to nearby nokiacare based in " sector 10 " i submitted my mobile phone... a representative told me that it may be we will take 5 or 15 days..u can imagine how difficult the life is without a mobile phone... but anyhow i managed... i called them and i got my mobile phone with in the minimum days... i asked them thrice ..is it ok ..they assured ..offcourse... then the bad days again starts after a week... its keep on hanging ..i am working as a assistant TL in a BPO and studying aswell..its not easy for me to go nokia care that frequently... i had been facing the problem for a month ..then on a weekend ..i managed to go near by nokia care sector 10..representative was very casual she did not try to understand my concern... after a long discussion ..when i found that she could not help me ..then i asked for a manager and the manager was pathetic... when i am repeating my self he was smiling... i was asking for a replacement handset... he told me straightaway that i can not give u a replacement and i would not give u any other no for nokia... then i asked for his R.O.M. no he did not give me... and the day was a hot summer and i was hungry ..and any how i arranged the customer care no ..i spent 28 minutes with their CCR and he assured that he will arrange a call back but its more than 5 days but i didnot get a call back from them... plz try to put yourself in my place then u will get to know how frustrating it is.
i want to ask from u what was my fault ..its only that i am a poor helpless customer... i want to know from u why a customer is paying for all these things everytime... its not only about me ..who is facing this problem ..when u walk to a nokia care then u get to know ..how they are treating with their customer ..i do not understand one thing that a company [nokia] belongs from a differnt country is generating revenues and very secured but on the other hand we are paying for that
do u know that, why most of the companies find indian market is best... because in india no one is listening to the customer... so plz understand my situation and u have to do some thing..because it comes under my right... so plz do somethng for the indian customers and stop their monopoly
