Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase Nokia 6500s model. The Emei no is 35685422343586. the display starts flikering after 20days, i gave my cell to Authorised Nokia care #A/4, K.H.B. Colony, (Near Airtel Office) 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560095 the CCO by name Jagan attend my query dated 22/05/09 job sheet no 0522/32. After four days they called me for the delivery of the handset i spoke to the centre manager Mr. Prakash he told me he has changed the display and i will never face the problem again which prakash had promised me. After 13days i face a same problem of display flikering and the camera flash light doesnot work and it show a problem of hanging & no proper network access & music player volume is low i went to nokia care again #A/4, K.H.B. Colony, (Near Airtel Office) 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560095 the CCO by name Akshata i told her the problem which im being facing for the 2nd time then she told me to submit the handset dated 06/06/09 jobsheet no 30846550/090605/49 they told me they will send it to the headoffice and then i spoke to Mr.prakash for the box piece replacement but he denies to do that which is going to become a big issue if i dont get a box piece replacement due to the manufacturing defect handset given to us. If you guys dont take my sincer request i would go legally and take sever action on the service centre and as well on nokia. I am very harrasad by the nokia care's response. This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time, I feel a grate difficulty to have conversation with my counter parts and my honorable seniors. Now i am feeling that this peace/model has its individual problem & i want to change it. Please take a positive action for it neigther i wouldn't trust on Nokia products.

As i have already sent you the mail regarding my handset 6500's which i have recieved the swap handsets but im facing problems like no service, phone restarts/reboots and also which the online warranty ends by next month which im not satisfied since i have purchased my handsets just 2months ago so im not at all satisfied with your service why should i take a swap handsets which the online warrent shows its 11months old Mr. Prakash tells me he will giv me a swap note and update the detail in the bill copy which i dont think it is viable swap iemi no 353547024795125 and my 2months old hanset iemi no 356854022343586 i hav spoken to Mr. Sudhir Rao but he has not at al served me the best he doesn't pick his call i dont think he is capable for the post given to him besides he is spoiling the nokia brands name but i still hav trust on nokia that you will give me a positive reply within 24hours.

Am sorry to tell you guys that this issue of my 6500s display facing lot of problems (Display bad pixel). I had gone to your authorised service centre which is at koramangala on 22/10 i contacted Mr. Tousif he told me the above problem and then i awaited at the centre and the gav me the handset saying that they have changed the Lcd and i took my handset. Again 23/10 i faced the same problem This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time. I need a sealed box peace replacement or i shall go leagally and i would get the media to the service centre and i would drag the issue to consumer court which will effect your brand. So i request you that to do the needfull to my concern.
