Fed up with service

Dear Sir,

Please to inform that I bought a nokia 6500s hand set dated 1st June and the Display problem ocurred in the set after 10 days,

I submit the same set to Nokia service centre on 10th June and the set was handed over to me on 25th after lot of Follow ups.

The very same day I found the same problem in the set and also it was not detecting the memory card. I kept the mobile with me to check the other functions and i gave the mobile bcak to service centre on 30th july.

From that day onwards I am doing regular follow ups with Nokia srvice centre and they are giving me different excuses every now and then, I will really get mad as I am a private working employee and not able to manage time to call every now and then.

As my life has become miserable without my mobile. This is a total harrassment by Nokia.

You are requested to please look into this.
