Poor Service Quality

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very old customer of Nokia with believe that nokia provides the best services But sorry to say I am hurt from response of Nokia People and bad quality of services. I have submitted my Nokia 6500 Side (IMEI no. 357659015511860) to Nokia Care Center (Welcome, Metro Station Delhi) on 03.07.2008. My phone Camera was not working properly & its back cover was loose. Executive says that it is Hardware problem and will take maximum 7 days to repair and He gave us the following no. for phone status.

We called up so many times on above nos. phone rings continuously but they didn't pick the phone. At last they picked my phone on 15.07.2008 at 2:53 Pm, Executive (Ms. Pinki) told that phone Component is not available and they don't have any idea that how many days it will take to repair. I don’t understand what to do; I am shocked from this type of service Quality of Nokia.
