This is to bring to your notice on the Nokia Care Centre at Bangalore - by name BIZI Communication- where i went with a complaint on my phone and my complaint was " that my cell is switching off every often"; the complaint receiver in the service centre could not analayse the problem but told to come the next day to collect my phone after repair but the next day-- after collecting the phone it had the same problem when i asked them on this they told that they would test my phone again and invariably i have to wait for 2 days just to analyze the problem. Still i have not received my phone..
I recommed that the complaint recevier should be a qualified enough to understand the problem and direct customer accordingly. So i recommend NOkia to observe this and take serious action on these dealers..
