I have recently experienced one of the greatest agony of my life. There is an Authorised Service Centre of Nokia in Outer Circle of Connaught Place, New Delhi known as Beecham's Vision. I had given them Handset for repair and for 3 months they couldn't repair it. They have also charged me to change some part in the handset and it was still not working. Now they have upgraded the Software and say there will be no problem. I would like to know, this could have been the problem in first place and the Service Centre couldn't find out the same for 3 months. This never ending saga forced me to buy a new phone
My question is to Nokia " What procedure to go through to keep a Service Centre" or its the any Centre who bids at higher cost
