Dear Sir/Madam.
I have bought Nokia 6700 in Black color three months ago and the color is pilling off.
I am realy dissapoint to say this but when i visited the neareast Nokia care for twice non of them could solve my problem.
They simply say that they are only responsible for the mobile softwear not the body apperience.
Yes, I definitely can understand that they are not responsible for the moblie cosmetic as it is a case of handeling.
But in my case the back part of the battery lead is of recycleble stainless steel and is painted with BLACK color, which is pilling off, whereas it has got nothing to do with handeling.
If it is due to handelling then why not the other steel part color comes off?
I can asure you that it is a manufacturing defect in painting the battery lead.
I will be very happy if you could treat this as Priority and get back to me.
